Fast Service and people who care
We have been car searching for over a year, and happen to see a vehicle we were interested in on the Foss Ford lot. We inquired about it before Christmas knowing we wouldn't be able to do anything until after the Holidays. Foss went above and beyond customer service this past week for us. They took care of an issue caused by another dealership out of town. We so appreciate Robin and Snow and all the hard work you all did! I know you all feel you were just doing your job, but you have no idea how busy our week has been and you all taking care of this was one less thing we had to do. I bought coupon worth $500.00 and paid only $50.00 from sales man for Ford Deler in Liberal and had to do oil change and we called Ford Deler and lady Name Robin in service schedule my appointment.went there and I was waiting on it and they did took care of it in an hour. They have recently remodeled the place and it looks nice now. Thank you for good service. Keep up and we will come beck for another service.
These guys know what they are doing! I was driving through town and my BMW wasn't sounding like it should. Took it in and they got me in right away fixed it at a reasonable rate and got me on the road safely. Much appreciated fellas...
