When we moved back to Wilson, Bass Appliance was highly recommended. Our GE Washer and Dryer have been great and still look new. It has been a pleasure to talk with staff. Also, we were glad to meet Todd Bass, who was very thorough at checking to make sure our washer is still doing good. Many thanks to all who we have met at Bass Appliance!

My fridge went out over the weekend and they were able to fit me in early because two of their techs finished a job early and requested another ticket - shout-out to Denise who worked the administrative side of things and the techs Tito and Tommy, they were all friendly and efficient. It is a huge relief to move what I could salvage from my tiny cooler back to my fridge - I appreciate the care I was shown and the professional installation!!!

Great service and competitive prices ~ and they offer repair services as well. Unlike Lowe’s, they answer the phone and are knowledgeable. Also unlike Lowe’s, the person who delivered my new range tested it and answered my questions about it. First rate

quick service and knowledgeable individuals

Todd came out to our house last week to check our ice maker in a 19 yr old Whirlpool fridge. In no time at all he had it working and we are so appreciative.
