RecommendedHad a stove delivered today. Robert and Jason were amazing. Very knowledgeable, polite and so informative about my new range. They did an amazing job and left my kitchen looking like no one had been there, except of course the new stove. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for appliances and excellent service. Thank you Bass and especially Robert and Jason.
My story is long; however I phoned and within four days I picked up a stove and it was all because of Rhonda! What a nice and helpful person! She researched and I walked out with “my perfect” appliance! When the time comes to purchase a washer and dryer, I’m headed back to Wilson to see the nice folks at Bass Appliance!
I want to say thank you to Robert and Tommy who just delivered and installed my Speed Queen dryer. They were professional and very nice people. Everyone at Bass Appliance is very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!

I’ve got a speed Queen washer and dryer from Bass appliance in 2017. A heating element went out in my dryer today and I called for service. One hour later there was a service man here working on my dryer. I think this just phenomenal thank you Bass appliance for such great service. My wife says we will never buy another appliance anywhere else.

I've been a fan of Bass Appliance for years, and today, they went beyond the call of duty! I needed a part for my washing machine and called just at closing. Not only did they offer great advice, they got the part for me after hours! Customer service is the key and they get it!
